Auction Rules

Bidder by registering for our auction agrees to our terms, conditions, and assumes a legal responsibility to pay for any and all items purchased with no exchanges or refunds.

ALL ITEMS AWARDED OF $150.00 OR MORE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $100.00 OR PAY IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION TO HOLD THAT BID.  THE REMAINING BALANCE ON ALL ITEMS IS DUE NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AT 4:30 P.M. OR THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDALBLE.

All vehicles are offered as is, where is, and become the property and responsibility of the bidder at the time of sale.

No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made by auctioneers, concerning the accuracy of description, or conditions of the vehicle.

Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents, damage, or loss of any kind to bidders or person in attendance of their property.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE REMOVAL FROM THE YARD.

Auctioneer announcements and decisions take preference over written material.

AA Action Towing, Inc. DOES NOT furnish keys.
